ENGRAVING INFO.
1. General Information:
All of our award products are available for logo engraving and personalization. As a commitment to our customers, we offer FREE text engraving on all of our award products. In addition, rush service is available (additional charge) as well as quantity discounts.
2. Logo & Artwork Setup Charges
The following set-up charges apply to custom art/logo processing:
Logo set-up Camera-Ready $25.00
Logo set-up Non Camera-Ready $75.00
Artwork set-up Camera-Ready for Crystal & Glass $50.00
Artwork set-up Camera-Ready for other awards $35.00
Artwork set-up Non Camera-Ready $75.00
3. Logo artwork should be supplied as camera-ready. Camera-ready artwork is artwork with a high black-and-white contrast, has no grays, is crisp, sharp, and needs no further touchup, design, color separation, or rearranging for use.
Artwork that is not camera-ready or submitted in non-digital format requires additional touch-up and reconstruction. Example: Black and White 600 dpi Artwork printed on white paper. Our graphical designers electronically reproduce printed artwork to digital camera-ready art. See charges above for Non Camera Ready artwork.
4. Free engraving is limited to deep etching of one side at one time per each item. If a customer wishes to engrave multiple sides of one item, we charge a multiple side setup and engraving fee. The multiple side setup and engraving fee is PER SIDE / PER ITEM. The fee is $35 for a trophy or an award and $10 for a paperweight. If the item needs to be engraved for a second time, at a later date, the engraving charge is $30.00 per time.
5. Other Engraving Fees:
5.A.:Logo engraving is $10.00 per side
5.B.:Engraved Signature is $ 5.00 per signature.
5.C.: Engraving picture on metal, glass, acrylic or crytal is $ 5.00 per square inch. Please remember that engraving from a photgraph results in line art image. Engraving cannot reproduce all the details, such as shades and color differences of a photograph. And, please remember that the better quality picture you provide the better will the engraving look. Once the picture is engraved on the item, it cannot be removed and there are no returned for photo engraved products.
6. For Engraving Services Only service fee:
Plate Engraving: $0.20 per text Letter.
Wood Engraving: $ 0.25 per text Letter.
Acrylic Engraving: $ 0.25 per text Letter.
Metal Engraving: $ 0.50 per text Letter.
Glass and Crystal Engraving: $ 0.75 per text Letter.
7. Engraving Department must approve all artwork prior to the Order being processed. No exceptions to this rule.
8. All perpetual board plates to be paid in full at time of order (at $5.00 per plate)
9. QSR Awards & Engravings is not responsible for typographical errors made by customers. Customers to proof read and accept all engraving material. Customer must sign off for all engraving orders.
10. Symbols and other than English language alphabet lettering (i.e.: Math or engineering symbols, Spanish, Polish etc…) add $ 0.75 per symbol or letter.

12. Management must approve all "Special and Custom Orders" before order processing.

13. We accept the following types of payments: Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Corporate Checks, and the following Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
14. When paying by credit card, you will be charged 100% of the amount stated on your receipt as soon as we start working on your order. This secures the merchandise and puts the order into production to be customized.
15. Check Payments
A Returned Check Fee of $25.00 will be assessed in the event a check is returned for Non Sufficient Funds. Products are shipped when the funds clear our bank. In the event your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend using a credit card.
